Read the documentation to get started and make the most of Akuvox features.
To create an installer account, go to the installer account request page: https://www.akuvoxinstaller.com/
Fill in the requested information and submit your request.
Your account will be available immediately.
Add a new project for a Community or Office, and log in with your installers account on the https://ecloud.akuvox.com/ page.
Login on the https://ecloud.akuvox.com/ installer webpage.
Select the role: Single tenant Manager
Click on New Tenant and fill in the requested information.
Note : that it is not possible to add a tenant when this is already registered in another installer account.
Click on New to create the new tenant.
Select SIP Call for a multi-location installation like a holiday apartment and a city house.
Select IP Call when all the devices are on the same network.
Landlines we don't use and Home Automation as well.
With Indoor Monitor
Selecting ON to use cloud service at a discount
This is up to 4 family members where there are more that needs to make use of the service there is for now only a one-time fee (please get in touch with sales for more info)
Copy and paste the MAC address for the outdoor video intercom and delete the colon (:) so that there are only letters and numbers. Please don't forget to enable the relay when connected to a door lock.
Note : When the device is not showing up online, reboot the device.
Now that the single tenant is created, there is the option to add other devices.
To add a door station to the client's account.
Click on the devices icon, which you can find on the right of the account.
Then new
A. From the device type
B. Select the Single-tenant Doorphone
C. Add the MAC address from the door phone
D. Location
F. Then Submit
