06 - eCloud Multi-apartment setup

This Multi-tenant mode is only for the installation within the single-tenant mode.

After adding the monitor for the user in single-tenant mode, click on New.

Then select the Multi-tenants Door phone.

Now the part about how to add the monitors. There are two ways to access the door station. Via the local IP address of the door station or using the eCloud. When using the eCloud configuration, click on the i icon on the left of the door phone.

Then on the right, click on Settings.

Now click on Remote Control

Refresh the page

Log in with the username and password from the door station

Go to Phone > Dial plan

Click on add.

• Select the Account when using the ecloud this in general is the first account.
• The name can be any name that the device can have, this is not related to the name in the device or eCloud
• The prefix can be any digit (see the options in the Dial Plan image)
• The replacements are important there VoIP number of the devices can be entered, max 5 devices

How to check the VoIP numbers of the devices.

Go back to the user interface on the eCloud.

And copy the SIP number for the number to dial.

There is also the option to add a mobile SIP number from the app that is installed on the smartphone.

Open the SmartPlus app. and click on Me.

And at the top will be the VoIP number.

Click on submit

Now when all the devices are online and a visitor is calling the devices with SIP numbers 5652145633 and 5652133133 will ring when pressing 11 and the call button on the door station.
