Why add users in the door station?

Adding users in the door station will let them not only call the door station but also give the users access via RF Card or PIN code.

Adding a user in the door station.

Login to the config page of the door station via local or the eCloud.

Open Intercom and select User and this will open the user overview where there is the option to search, edit, and add a user.

Now, to add a user, click on Add.

• The user ID is free to use, and the ID should be 1~11 letters or digits!
• The Role can be a General user or Administrator
• The Private PIN should be 2~8 digits
• The RF Card number can be entered manually or obtained via the door station reader
• Enable the access to the Relay
• And access Schedules

And Submit to save the user
